Manuscript Preparation

• ☐ The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
• ☐ The manuscript complies with the JMCT Author Guidelines.
• ☐ The manuscript is written in clear, concise, and grammatically appropriate English.
• ☐ The title, abstract, and keywords accurately represent the content of the manuscript.
• ☐ All figures, tables, chemical structures, schemes, graphical abstracts, and supplementary materials are properly numbered, cited within the text, and submitted in appropriate quality.
• ☐ Experimental and/or computational methods are described with sufficient detail to support scientific evaluation and reproducibility.

Ethical Compliance

• ☐ All authors have read, approved, and agreed to the submission of the manuscript.
• ☐ The order of authorship has been agreed upon by all authors.
• ☐ All potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
• ☐ Funding sources and relevant acknowledgements have been provided where applicable.
• ☐ Ethical approval for research involving humans or animals has been obtained and clearly stated in the manuscript, where applicable.
• ☐ The study complies with the journal's Publication Ethics and Research Integrity policies.

Research Integrity

• ☐ All references are accurate, relevant, and appropriately cited.
• ☐ The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism and inappropriate text overlap before submission.
• ☐ The submitted work contains no fabricated, falsified, selectively manipulated, or misleading data.
• ☐ Experimental results, chemical structures, biological data, computational analyses, and statistical results are accurately reported.
• ☐ Any use of AI-assisted tools has been transparently disclosed in accordance with the journal's AI-Assisted Content Policy, where disclosure is required.

Medicinal Chemistry & Computational Research

• ☐ Chemical structures, compounds, formulations, or synthetic schemes are accurately represented and properly labeled.
• ☐ Experimental procedures and characterization data are reported sufficiently to support evaluation of the reported chemical work, where applicable.
• ☐ Molecular docking, molecular dynamics, QSAR, virtual screening, pharmacophore modeling, ADME/ADMET prediction, or other computational methods are appropriately described, where applicable.
• ☐ Computational parameters, software, databases, model settings, and relevant methodological details are reported sufficiently to support reproducibility, where applicable.
• ☐ Computational predictions are not presented as experimentally validated findings unless supported by appropriate experimental evidence.

Submission Requirements

• ☐ The manuscript has been prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format unless another format is specified by the journal.
• ☐ Author names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs (if available), abstract, keywords, and references have been correctly entered into the online submission system.
• ☐ The corresponding author's contact information is accurate and up to date.
• ☐ All supplementary files, datasets, graphical abstracts, chemical structures, supporting information, or other relevant materials have been uploaded where applicable.
• ☐ The manuscript and supplementary files contain no unnecessary identifying information that could interfere with the journal's peer-review process.

Copyright & Publishing

• ☐ The authors agree to the journal's Open Access, Copyright, and Licensing policies.
• ☐ The authors understand that accepted articles will receive a permanent DOI through Crossref, where applicable.
• ☐ The corresponding author confirms that all information provided during submission is complete and accurate.
• ☐ The authors confirm that the manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to or under consideration by another journal.
